摘    要:武钢氧气公司60000m3/h空分设备投产初期,全精馏无氢制氩系统临时停车后恢复生产的时间较长,从主塔精馏工况的恢复、粗氩塔的快速投运与调整和精氩塔的稳定操作等几个方面进行了详细分析,提出了大型空分设备冷启动时快速恢复氩气生产的操作思路和要点。

Analysis and operation of shortening start-up time of argon producing system of 60000m~3/h air separation unit
Abstract:During initial commissioning stage of a 60000m3/h air separation unit at Wuhan Iron and Steel Group,the restart-up time of complete-distillation hydrogen-free argon producing system after a temporary shutdown is quite long.The cause analysis is made in views of the recovery of main column's distillating condition,the quick commissioning and adjusting of crude argon column and the stable operation of pure argon column.The quick recovery and its key operation points of argon producing system of cold-started large scale air separation unit are also proposed.
