摘    要:由于膨胀机与冷箱间的过桥太长且未设置中间竖直支掌,使水平误差超标;同时由于膨胀机止推轴承推力的设计值偏小,导致膨胀机试车时发生了轴瓦烧毁事故。简介膨胀机的设计参数和试车前的检查和整改工作,介绍烧瓦事故的过程、处理措施和效果。

Abstract:Since the transmission bridge between the expander and cold box is excessively long and no intermecllate vertical bracing is set, the level error exceeds the limit value. The too low designed thrust value of the thrust bearing in the expander results in bushing burnt accident at trial run of expander. The design parameters of the expander and the checks and corrections before the trial run are briefed, and the process of bushing burnt accident, treatment measures and their effects are described.
