| 摘 要： | 文章以 10 0 0 0m3/h空分设备为基础 ,对注入液氧和液氮多种工艺的精馏结果、主换热器的效果以及加工空气量增加 6%时的产量变化等几方面进行了大量的计算 ,对液氧、液氮互换变更氧气产量节能操作法的具体应用进行了可行性分析 ;最后指出液氧、液氮互换膨胀量及产品产量的变化范围。

| Abstract: | A lot of calculations have been made for the results obtained in several distillation propcesses filling LO 2 and LN 2,the performance of main heat exchanger,the change of output when feed air capacity increases by 6%,etc.,taking 10000m 3/h air separation plant as the investigation basis.the feasibility analysis has made for the practical application of the energy-saving operation process to change oxygen output by means of interchanging liquid nitrogen and product output during the interchange of LO 2 and LN 2 is given. |
