汽车悬架系统的分段线性非线性振动机理的研究

摘    要:以悬架的分段线性非线性动力系统出发,建立了汽车两个自由度系统的模型和非线性运动微分方程。用非线性理论KB法得到的幅频响应函数中,呈现了非常丰富的非线性特征,并讨论了非线性弹簧刚度、阻尼系数、地面不平度和缓冲簧间隙对共振曲线的影响。由理论和数值计算画出的幅频特性曲线基本吻合,可为汽车悬架系统的分段线性非线性振动的参数识别、稳定区域的分析研究和优化设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:The nonlinear dynamic equations for a two-degree-of-freedom bilinear suspension system of vehicle are established. The amplitude-frequency response function is derived by means of KB averaging method. The results shows plenty of nonlinear characteristics. The effects of nonlinear spring stiffness, coefficient of damping, roughness of ground and spring clearance on vibration curves are further discussed. The amplitude-frequency response curve obtained in theoretical analysis is in fair agreement with the one obtained in numerical analysis. The results may supply theoretical bases for parameter recognition of bilinear vibration, the analysis and optimal design of stabilized region of vehicle suspension systems.
