深油井超声探测用的压电陶瓷换能器的研究

摘    要:超声压电陶瓷换能器可以探测5000m以下深处的地质结构和油井固实程度。用于压电陶瓷换能器的PT-PSN陶瓷性能参数是,Tc=380℃,kt=45%,εr=420,tanδ=1.5%,Qm=2200,Ec=733V/mm。经实验测量和现场试验表明,在温度高达200℃时压电陶瓷换能器的性能稳定,测量精度高。

Abstract:Ultrasonic detection method is an important method for the measureme nt of the geological structure and solidifying degree of deep-oil-well. The critical parts of thi s measuring method are two ultrasonic transducers which can detect the geological structure and solid ifying degree of oil wellwith depth beyond 5000m. The performance parameters of PT-PSN ceramics used i n piezoelectric ceramic transducer are Tc=380oC, kt=45%, ?r=420, tan?=1.5%, Qm=2200, Ec=73 3V/mm. The experimental measurements and field tests at 200oC show that these perform ances are stabile, and of high accuracy.
