风机墙空调机组的风机选型方案及结构优化研究

摘    要:本文通过相似计算,确定了16#、20#风机的结构参数、性能曲线及风机墙的风机选型方法。还模拟了风机墙静压段内的气流组织情况并确定了合理的风机墙静压段长度。结果表明,各单机在出口处气流的动压不大,气流在静压段内的损失可忽略。

Abstract:Fan 16# and 20# structural parameters and performance curve have been determined through the similar calculations. It has also determined the fan model selection of the fan wall. By simulating the air flow condition in the static pressure section, it has determined the reasonable length of fan wall static pressure section. Conclusion shows that the dynamic pressure of single fan has little change at air outlet and the air flow loss in static pressure section can be ignored.
