Abstract:Static pressure gas suspension frequency conversion centrifugal compressor, shaft suspension technology, is the use of porous materials made of bearings, high pressure gas throttling pressure reduction, A thin gas film is formed between the bearing and the shaft to suspend the shaft and realize the non-contact work of the shaft, so as to reduce the friction and improve the work efficiency. This paper is based on the 50 rt air suspension centrifugal refrigeration unit, the nominal cooling capacity is 170 kW, the refrigeration efficiency is 5.6, and the IPLV value is 7.3, through the analysis of the refrigeration system and data, the difference between the theoretical calculation of heating and the measured heating is obtained, and the flow rate of the air supply of the suspension shaft is about 6 g/s~9 g/s, accounting for 0.82%~2.2% of the system circulation.
