旋叶式汽车空调压缩机NVH特征分析

摘    要:基于旋叶式汽车空调压缩机的结构特征和工作原理,总结其噪声种类及产生机制。利用B&K 3560C声学采集系统获得某旋叶式压缩机窄带频谱、升速云图、总值、阶次以及响度、尖锐度等声品质参数,并进行NVH特征分析。结果表明:该压缩机以10阶及其倍频噪声为主,其振动、噪声能量分散,脉动能量集中;特征响度峰值频带分布随转速升高而增加,主要分布于中高频带。

Abstract:Based on the structure characteristics and operation principle of rotary vane compressor of vehicle air-conditioning,the noise types and generation mechanism are summarized.B&K 3560C acoustic acquisition system is adopted to collect narrow spectrum,ascending velocity cloud chart,total value,order of one rotary vane compressor,and its sound quality parameters,including loudness,sharpness,etc.The NVH characteristics analysis is also conducted.The results show that the compressor is dominated by 10th-order and its frequency doubling noise,and its vibration and noise energy distribution is scattered and pulse energy distribution is concentrated;the frequency band distribution of specific loudness peak increases with the increase of rotation speed,and it is mainly distributed in the middle and high frequency band.
