蒸发冷却式冷凝器用于房间空调器的性能研究

摘    要:针对采用蒸发冷却式冷凝器的房间空调器性能进行理论分析和对比实验研究。研究结果表明:蒸发冷却可有效提高翅片管式冷凝器的冷却效果和空调器的性能;采用厚度为70mm的CELDEK5090型纸质填料且淋水量为0.053kg/s,当环境温度为35℃时,空调器的能效比EER值提高了15.3%;当环境温度为39℃时,空调器的能效比EER值提高了11.5%。

Abstract:Makes theoretical analysis and contrast experimental study on the performance of room air conditioner with evaporative cooling condenser. The experimental results indicate that evaporative cooling increases the cooling effect of condenser with fin-tube and performance of room air conditioner. Under the condition of using 70 mm depth of CELDEK5090 paper packing and 0. 053 kg/s of spray water rate, the energy efficiency ratio of room air conditioner increases by 15.3% when the surrounding temperature is 35℃, and the EER of room air conditioner increases by 11.5% when the surrounding temperature is 39℃
