CFCs PHASE - OUT AND STRENGTHEN 3R REGULATIONS FOR REFRIGERANTS

On the basis of expounding CFCs phase-out course for industry and commercial refrigeration in China,this paper prior discuss the features of using refrigerants in refrigeration and air-conditioning sector,and it's impact on global environment,What is 3R regulations of refrigerants? How do better the 3R regulation works of refrigerants? And finally,suggest three significance of done better the 3R regulation works of halogenated refrigerants in refrigeration and air-conditioning sector.In order to illustrate the use prospects of HCFCs and HFCs refrigerants in Chinese refrigeration and air-conditioning industry,this paper also introduces phase-out schedule of HCFCs refrigerants in developing country and UNEP and ICARMA policy statements for using HFCs refrigerants.
