摘    要:提出基于快速连接管件的自动化感应钎焊工艺,以快速连接管件作为连接件,采用能够自动控制钎焊温度、自动判断钎焊过程是否完成的感应焊机作为加热机构,实现铜管的自动化钎焊连接。试验证明,该工艺可以替代火焰钎焊和纳子连接,不仅可以应用于制冷空调产品的自动化个性化生产线,还可以应用于制冷空调产品的现场安装和维修。

Abstract:The automation induction brazing process based on quick connection of pipe fittings is proposed.In this process,the quick connection of pipe fittings are used as the connecting part,and the induction welding machine,which can automatically control the brazing temperature and judge whether the brazing process is completed,is used as the heating mechanism to realize the automatic brazing connection of copper pipes.The experiments indicate that this process can replace flame brazing and thread connection,not only in the automation personalized production line of refrigeration and air-conditioning products,but also in the field installation and maintenance of refrigeration and air-conditioning products.
