Commenting on some negative effects of traditional air-conditioning tactics and applications, taking harmony between human beings and nature as philosophical foundation of dynamic air-conditioning tactics, the authors provide an exhaustive elucidation of the primary concept of dynamic air-conditioning, the basic methods of mobilizing thermal-surroundings and the experimental results of human reactions to the mobilized thermal environment, and also offers a scientific prediction of saving energy by dynamic air-conditioning and therefore explores such an avenue as to create healthy, pleasant and bearable habitat, as to reduce energy consummation and subdue environmental pollution to the maximum, and as to render the strategy of maintainable development into practice.
