| 摘 要： | 本文主要分析了制药厂洁净空调系统设计中,常会出现的换气次数过高、风管调节阀设置不合理等问题,以及洁净空调使用中所存在的温湿度不平衡、过滤器安装位置不当等问题对系统运行造成的影响和处理措施.这些想法和经验,可供其他药厂及相关行业设计使用时参考,以达到既节省投资和运行费用,又不降低净化工程的要求.

| Abstract: | The paper analyses problems on design of cleaning air-conditioning system in pharmaceutical factories, Includes high ventilation cycle , adjusting valve of ventilating flue reasonless setting, etc; In addition, temperature and humidity unbalance, unsuitable installation site of air strainer, these problems maybe bring badness influence in moving and operation of cleaning air-conditioning system. These realistic notions can offer references for other pharmaceutical factories and correlated industries's designs. The way will reduce investment and consumption at the same time produce high cleanliness degree. |
