| 摘 要： | 从商业制冰机的制冷系统、制冰部件、供水系统、脱冰方式以及控制系统等方面论述了各种商业制冰机的结构及特征.并从制冰机的特性出发分析了影响制冰机效率的因素,提出了提高其效率的必要措施.
