基于虚拟仪器技术的三维微振动测试系统

摘    要:为进一步提高测试系统的准确性,在研究机械振动分析理论与常用测试方法的基础上,设计开发了基于虚拟仪器技术的机械微振动三维测试与分析系统。以LabVIEW为开发平台,实现信号采集、数据处理、时域分析、频域分析、存储、回放和故障诊断等功能;利用小波分析对信号进行处理得到故障特征信号,解决了复杂机械微振动的技术分析,具有界面友好、操作简单和性能好等优点。
