摘    要:介绍了测量不确定度在金属夏比(V型缺口)室温冲击试验中的应用,并对影响冲击试验结果的测量不确定度做了详细评定,从试样的形状和尺寸、缺口底部的光洁度、冲击试验机、试验温度、检查试样尺寸量具的最小分度值五方面分析了不确定度的来源,对各分量进行了计算、合成并作出评定。

Abstract:This paper discussed measurement uncertainty in metallic materials-charpy notch(V-notch) impact testing at room temperature.The measurement uncertainty affecting impact testing results of metallic materials were evaluated in detail.The authors discussed the uncertainty sources from five aspects such as the shape and size of the sample,the smooth degree of the bottom of the notch,the machine for impact testing,the testing temperature and discriminable scale of the measure for examining the size of the sample.Calculation,composing and evaluation of the uncertainty were also mentioned.
