模糊控制在清蜡车控制系统中的应用

摘    要:通过对模糊控制器和PID调节器原理的分析,将模糊控制和PID控制相结合的PID参数自调整的模糊控制器应用于清蜡车控制系统中。文章阐述了系统总体设计、硬件设计和软件设计。分析了模糊PID调节器比例、积分和微分的调节规则,并应用Simulink对系统进行仿真。控制器用平均温度的偏差和温度偏差变化率作为输入信号,PLC的模拟量输出用来控制燃烧器的喷油量,从而调节清蜡车控制系统的温度。

Abstract:Though the analysis to PID regulator and fuzzy controller principle, fuzzily-PID controller combined with fuzzy control and PID regulator was applied to the control system of dewaxing.The article explained design of system, hardware and software.It also analyzed fuzzily-PID regulator principle of proportion ,integral, differential.It used Simulink to emulate the system.The controller used the deviation of average temperature and rate of change of the temperature deviation as the input signal, the analog quantity of PLC exports controlled the amount of oil gushed out of burning device and the temperature of the system was regulated.
