基于虚拟仪器的获取CCD波形峰值的研究

摘    要:介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器(LabVIEW)的获取CCD波形数据的采集系统以及线阵CCD工作原理和其存在的几种噪声的测量方法。阐述了数据采集的原理及虚拟仪器软件平台对采集卡驱动的软件流程,使用软件补偿的方式修正部分线阵CCD噪声对系统造成的误差。介绍了使用虚拟仪器LabVIEW软件平台中的工具模块获取CCD信号峰值、半波宽度的两种方法,并对其优劣性进行了比较。

Abstract:This article introduced the system of CCD data acquisition on LabVIEW and working theory of linear- CCD. It also discussed noises in linear-CCD and measuring methods of these noises. It expounded that the theory of acquiring data and the driver of data acquiring on LabVIEW. The system errors can be corrected by software. Two methods of acquiring max signals, width of half amplitude on LabVIEW were introduced and advantage and disadvantage were compared.
