摘    要:采用等温压缩试验法,分析了TC4合金在高温低速变形过程中变形温度、应变速率对变形抗力及组织的影响,并通过回归分析得出了该合金高温变形过程中的流变应力方程,为TC4热变形工艺的制定提供参考依据。

Abstract:The mechanic behavior of TC4 alloy during hot compressiong deformation is studied with isothermal compression test.It is manifested that the flow stress and structure of TC4 alloy are dominated mainly by the deformation temperature nd strain rate.A flow stress epuation is obtained through regression anlysis,which can be used to determain the thermal deformation processes of TC4 alloy.
