摘    要:本文对ZTC4铸造钛合金材料在铸造状态和不同后处理状态下的性能和微观组织进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,该合金在铸造状态下,存在一定的铸造残余拉应力,但经热处理或热等静压后,硬度降低,塑性提高,力学性能数据分散度有所降低。

Abstract:The microstructures and mechanical property of cast titanium alloy ZTC4 under different conditions have been studied.The results show that some pull stress was existed in ZTC4 alloy castings and the general property of ZTC4 alloy castings was improved after heat treatment or HIP,while the scattering degree of mechanical properties datum was reduced.
