线能量对900MPa级焊条接头力学性能影响研究

摘    要:研究了屈服强度900MPa级焊条在不同焊接线能量下的焊接接头力学性能。试验结果表明,采用较低线能量焊接能明显提高接头焊缝的屈服强度,改善其综合力学性能;多层多道焊接时,提高道间温度对焊缝的屈服强度影响有限,但能提高其冲击韧性。组织分析表明,焊缝中存在少量的残余奥氏体,对改善焊缝冲击韧性有利,同时作为氢陷阱还能减少氢致裂纹产生的可能性。

Abstract:The mechanical property of the joint welded in different energy input by SMAW electrode with deposit metal yield strength exceeding 900MPa was investigated.The results indicated that yield strength increased markedly could be,and comprehensive mechanical property was improved when the welding was conducted in lower energy input.For multi-pass welding,yield strength was subjected to finite influence,while toughness was better by rising bead temperature.The structure analysis indicated that there was small residual austenite in the weld joint,which was benefit to improve toughness as tough phase and also could reduce hydrogen induced cracking as hydrogen trapping.
