| Abstract: | Several synthetic methods and some influence parameters are discussed for the production of BaTiO 3 nanometer powder. The advantage and shortcoming of the above methods are compared. The BaTiO 3 particles obtained by the sol-gel method exhibits fine particle size and narrow size distribution, and it could be concluded that this approach will have a promised prospect in future industrial application. |
