| 摘 要： | 由 0Cr1 8Ni9奥氏体不锈钢制造的自攻螺钉 ,具有好的耐蚀性能 ,大约 80 0MPa的高强度 ,高的表面硬度 (HV0 .34 50 )和芯部硬度 (HV0 .33 80 )。该螺钉能攻入碳钢、不锈钢等合金 ,可广泛用于船舶、石油化工、家电、食品、医药等领域

| Abstract: | WT5”BZ]The self tapping screw, made of 0Cr18Ni9 austenitic stainless steel,with good anticorrosiveness,high tensile strenth,has been developed.The self tapping screw treated by pre cold drawing and aging processes has high strength of ～800MPa,high surface hardness of HV 0.3 450 and center hardness of HV 0.3 380. The screw is able to screw into steels, stainless steels or other alloys without pre tapping,and can be found wide use in sections such as ship building, petrochemical industry,household appliances. |
