| Abstract: | In terms of boundury conditions defined by NURBS surfaces, a method of using PDE to construct shape adjustable surfaces is discussed. The shape is controlled by some parameter 'a'. This paper analysis the principles and procedures of the method and explains the applications in CAD by several examples. Finally, its advantages and disadvantages are listed. |
