连杆机构创新设计的建模与仿真

摘    要:在对比机构运动学分析常用的方法后,以基于杆组的机构组建理论对连杆机构中Ⅰ级杆组、Ⅱ级杆组和III级杆组进行运动学数学模型的建模。在此基础上提出并实现了一种连杆机构虚拟创新设计系统,包括连杆机构运动方案创新设计、运动可行性判断、干涉检测分析、机构运动方案到三维实体运动仿真模型的自动映射、实时显示等功能。
