摘    要:提出了利用B样条曲线构造风机叶片中线的新方法:以叶栅平面内特定的6个点作为控制点构造3段三次均匀B样条曲线,构成一种新型的叶片中线模型。理论分析表明,利用本方法得到的叶型具有对气流加压强度从零开始逐渐增加然后逐渐降低至零的特点。论文还计算并分析了其加压强度沿叶片中线的分布规律与设计参数的一般关系曲线,结果表明,通过设计参数的合理选取可以获得加压性能良好的轴流风机叶型。

Abstract:A method of designing the central curve of fan blade using B-spline curves is presented: Controlled by 6 special points specified within the cascade, three segments of uniform cubic B-spline curves are constructed and then constitute a prototype of the desired central curve. Analysis shows that the blade in accordance with this paper is characterized by its pressurization intensity, which increases from, and then decreases to, zero gradually. Furthermore, through computation, curves of the general relationship between distribution of the pressurization intensity along the central curve and the design parameters of the blade are presented and discussed. It shows the desired blade with quality performance may be achieved through appropriate selection of design parameters.
