加热炉温度预测模糊控制方法研究

摘    要:文章针对加热炉炉膛很大,是一个时变、分布参数非线性、大滞后的复杂对象,采用传统PID控制,引起相关参数频繁波动的问题,对大滞后对象的动态特性进行了分析,在已有的预测控制方法的启发下,将预测思想与模糊控制相结合,提出了一种新型预测模糊控制方法,并通过实际模拟温度系统运行证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:Fluctuation of control parameters of heating furnace was frequent with traditional PID control,because heating furnace is a big,time-varying and complex object with large time delay and nonlinear distribution parameter.Based on analysis of dynamic characteristics of large time delay object and under inspire of previous predictive control method,a new predictive fuzzy control method is proposed combining predictive thought with fuzzy coutrol.Actual operation of imitative temperature system shows that the method is valid.
