摘    要:仪器设备的接收分发工作是校准(检定)/测试实验室的重要质量控制点.仪器收发员面对一次几十甚至上百台套仪器设备的接收分发工作,需要记录和核实的数据量非常大,采用传统的手工或数据库收发工作方式效率低、工作量大、易发生差错.文章采用二维码和蓝牙通信技术构建的仪器收发系统,提高了工作效率,有效降低了工作差错,缩短了送检方的等待时间,消除了仪器二次搬运的问题,得到了送检方的认可.

Abstract:Receiving and distribution work of instrument equipment is an important quality control point of calibration labs.For receiving and distribution of a few dozen or even hundreds of equipment every time,equipment dispatcher must record and verify very large amount of data.Traditional manual work or database transceiver mode is low effective,heavy workload and error-prone.A receiving and distribution system of equipment was constructed using 2 dimensions bar code and bluetooth technology.After the system was put into use,work efficiency was improved,error was reduced,waiting time of clients was shortened,and problem of the second movement of equipment was eliminated.
