| 摘 要： | 设计了一种便携式原子力显微镜压电陶瓷管驱动器,该驱动器使用5～12V宽幅直流电源,产生+215V和±15V的电源供给高压放大模块和信号调理模块,可将输入的-10V～+10V控制信号,放大为-200V～+200V的电压驱动压电陶瓷扫描管,功耗仅为2W左右,体积为150mm×60mm,可以使用电池供电并连续工作7～8h。该驱动器是便携式原子力显微镜的一个重要模块,该模块功能的实现使原子力显微镜在工业现场和野外环境进行测量成为可能。

| Abstract: | Design and implementation of portable atomic force microscope piezotube driver is introduced.The driver with 5～12V DC power supply,provide ＋215 V and ± 15V power supply for high-voltage amplifier module and signal conditioning modules.The input control signal,amplified to-200V～＋200V voltage to drive piezoelectric scan tube.The total power consumption is only 2W with a volume of 150mm×60mm.The driver can use the battery to work 7～8 hours.As a module of portable atomic force microscope,the driver facilitates the measurements of atomic force microscope in outdoor environment and industrial environment. |
