小直径短轴类零件非接触测量技术研究

摘    要:小直径轴类零件的几何尺寸和形状公差一般精度要求较高,采用传统的万能工具显微镜难以保证精度,CCD镜头光学测量可以很好地解决这类问题.文章对小直径轴类零件的轴径、锥度及其径向跳动进行了CCD光学精密测量研究,取得了较好效果.

Abstract:In general, accuracy requirement of geometrical dimension and shape tolerance in small diameter and short axis kind of parts is higher. Traditional all-purpose tool microscope hardly ensures their measuring accuracy. CCD optic measuring system can solve this problem commendably. Axis diameter, taper and radial jump for small diameter and short axis kind of parts were measured by CCD optic measuring system, and good results have been obtained.
