| Abstract: | A set of DN (15~400) mm oil flow standard facility is designed. The pipe prover method, weighing method and master meter method are used in the facility at the same time. The three methods can be verified and compared with each other, which can greatly improve the reliability and efficiency of oil flow meter detection. The design of laboratory layout, circulating oil storage system, pump room system, steady pressure system, filter and gas elimination system, density measurement system and so on are introduced in detail. |
