电能质量管理的回顾与展望

电能质量问题不仅关系到电力系统安全稳定运行,更关系到发电企业、电网企业、电气设备制造企业和电力用户的利益。我国电能质量管理通过多年努力形成了不少切实有效的做法。本文提出,我们应该借鉴我国电能质量管理宝贵经验,创新电能质量管理方式,进一步健全电能质量管理机制。

Review and prospect of power quality management

Power quality is very important in power system operation. And, it has serious influence on the interests of power generation companies, grid companies, electric equipment makers and power consumers. Government, companies and consumers are all have their duty to control power quality. This paper reviewes the history of power quality standards in China. The author suggests, under market economy condition, government, power companies, makers and consumers should fulfill their duties seriously on power quality control. And, we need to develop new mechanism to increase power quality management and protect power system security.
