全组合比较对称联系法评定圆分度误差

摘    要:利用常角采用全组合比较法或者利用常角采用对称联系法测量圆分度仪器的分度误差是角度计量中“经典”的方法,但两者均有一定的局限性 。前者,由于受常角的影响,测量间隔不可能很小,后者,测量工作量较大,计算繁杂,测量不确定度相对较大.本文研究采用此两方法“杂交”方式,提出了全组全比较对称联系法,此方法取两者之长补两者之短,从而达到测量间隔小,测量简便,计算方便,准确度高的目的,,在有度圆分度检测技术中有一定的实用意义。

Abstract:It is a routine method in angular measurement that utilizing the whole combination compassion or the routine angular symmetry connection method to determine the dividing scale errors of circle dividing scale instrument. But both of them arelimited. The former methods: by the effect of the routine angular, the division of measurement can't be very precise; And the latter method: the amount of measurement is with complicated calculation, the uncertainty inmeasurement is relatively high. This paper deals with a hybrid method of the above two methods and suggested the whole combination compassion & symmetry connection method. This new method overcomes the drawbacks of the two "classical" methods. Thus, the division of measurement is more precise and simplifies measurement and calculation with high precision. It is practiced to be used in the high accuracy circle dividing measurement.
