测量轴向移动量的位移转换器系统

摘    要:该文介绍测量轴向移动量的位移转换器的原理、系统设计及校验方法。测量系统由加长型测量杆、位移转换器、指示仪表等构成。由于加长型测量杆能够穿过测量构架上部单元的深孔,位移转换器就可以使加长型测量杆的测量头压紧在被测件表面,同步反应被测件内圈的轴向位移。加长型测量杆采用有径向切口的套筒与轴的连接方式与上测杆连接,上测杆则采用弹性收紧螺套连接方式与指示仪表杆连接。使用轴承被测件与轴承标准件进行比较,以完成轴向位移的测量。该系统的设计可以实现大负荷轴承轴向位移的测量。

Abstract:The principle, system design and test method of a displacement changer was introduced, which is used to measure axial remotion magnitude etc. Measure system is made up of lengthen measure pole, displacement changer, indication meter etc.The displacement changer consist of top measure staff, clip, nut, pin for fixing, spring, base, cylinder. Because the lengthen measure pole penetrate through the deep hole in the top set of measure framework, the displacement changer can press the tip of lengthen measure pole on the surface of workpiece measured, which show the displacement of inside track of workpiece measured synchronously. Lengthen measure pole joins top measure staff by means of the coupling method of shaft and cylinder with radial notch. Top measure staff joins indication meter pole by means of the coupling method of flexible screw thread cylinder. According to the above-mentioned system, compare the bearings as measuring workpiece and bearings as standard workpiece so as to complete the measure process. The design of the system can realization measurement of axial displacement for bearings supporting heavy load.
