石墨层间化合物GICs的形成机理探讨

摘    要:将GICs形成过程划分为熔融、活化、扩散和成键等阶段,分析了各阶段反应的主要影响因素,以氯化铜、氯化镍、GICs的合成实验为基础,根据SEM对石墨膨胀前后,插层后的形貌分析,以及膨胀石墨合成GICs反应前后体积变化分析,认为GICs的形成过程中,主要有三个机制起作用:

Abstract:After dividing the formation of the graphite intercalation compounds into four periods: melting, activating, scattering and bond forming stages, actors affecting the intercalation reaction in each period were analysed. Based on synthesis experiment of the CuCl 2, NiCl 2 GICs, changes of the appearance and volume of the graphite after and before expanding and intercalation were analysed. It is suggested that there are three mechanism: the chloride scattering mechanism, the ionic bond dragging mechanism between the cupric chloride and the graphite plane, and the graphite plane recovering mechanism. Beside of main mechanism of the scattering, the ionic dragging mechanism, which includes the molecular force between the graphite layers and ionic bonding dragging mechanism, affects the intercalating reaction in the expanded graphite.
