摘    要:化学液气相沉积法 ( CL VD)是快速低成本制备 C/C复合材料的一种新型工艺。通过叙述该工艺快速制备 C/C复合材料的根本原因 ,并以 1 .5mm/h的速度制备了炭布层叠 2 D C/C复合材料 ,同时对该材料进行了力学性能测试和金相分析。实验结果表明材料性能优越 ,说明该工艺是制备 C/C复合材料的理想工艺。采用 GC/MS质谱对煤油沉积回收物进行了成份分析 ,并对用 CL VD法制备 C/C复合材料的设备提出了一些改进建议。

Abstract:Chemical liquid vapor phases deposition (CLVD) process is a kind of new process that can densify C/C composites rapidly and in low cost. This paper relates the mechanism of the CLVD method rapid densifying C/C composites. The 2D C/C composite was prepared using a densifing velotity of 1.5 mm/h, and its mechanical properties and microstructure were mesured. Results indicate the material is good and the process is desirable. The ingredient of recovered kerosene was also analyzed with GC/MS. and the improvement proposal about the device of making C/C composites by CLVD is suggested.
