加碱焙烧浸出法制备高纯石墨

摘    要:为了制备高纯石墨,对常规碱酸法进行改进,并采用改进后的加碱焙烧浸出法对湖北金昌鳞片石墨浮选精矿进行提纯。结果表明,使用加碱焙烧浸出法提纯后可将石墨的固定碳含量由85.792%提高至99.914%,加碱焙烧浸出法可以有效降低石墨原料中的杂质含量,其提纯效果远远优于常规碱酸法。

Abstract:An alkaline roasting-leaching method was used to prepare high purity graphite from flake graphite from Hubei Jinchang instead of the commonly-used alkaline-acid method. The process parameters were optimized. Results showed that the fixed carbon mass fraction achieved by this method could be as high as 99.9% under the optimal conditions while that by the alkaline-acid method was only 85.8%,indicating that the alkaline roasting-leaching method was very effective to improve the fixed carbon content of the grap...
