超高层建筑物供暖及空调余热利用的理论分析

摘    要: 为了降低超高层建筑物夏天的空调能耗和冬天的供暖能耗,提出一种在建筑物内设置上下敞口的天井和在天井内安装一个涡轮的能量回收系统,并建立预测该系统性能的物理模型.理论计算表明:当建筑高度为1 000 m时,冬天在热泵系统从天井吸收热量供建筑物采暖过程中,通过涡轮回收天井内空气向下运动的能量,该系统能够输出的能量最大可以达到热泵能耗的22%;而夏天通过空调系统向天井中排放热量给建筑物降温过程中,通过回收天井内空气向上运行的能量,该系统可以提供的最大能量可以超过空调系统能耗的50%. 计算结果说明了利用该系统进行超高层建筑物能量回收的技术方案是可行的.
