陶瓷自动配料柔性开发系统的软件设计

摘    要: 研制陶瓷自动配料的柔性开发系统有利于实现相关大型应用系统的柔性开发,并且可以缩短开发周期、大幅节约开发成本。运用西门子WinCC组态软件和S7-300 PLC,基于现代工业以太网和现场总线控制技术,设计了某陶瓷自动配料柔性开发系统中的控制软件。由于上、下位机使用了统一的变量,其软件操作、维护非常方便,控制系统也表现出良好的智能性。该软件易于和企业局域网或Internet联接,以实现系统的远程监控与维护。

Abstract:A flexible developing system for automatic ceramic powder storing and continuous proportional weighing is beneficial for flexible design of its application control systems and achieves time-and-money saving.By means of Siemens WinCC and S7-300 PLC,a flexible developing system was developed via modern industrial Ethernet and Fieldbus technology.Since the upper and lower level computers utilizes a uniform parameter system,this software is convenient to operate and maintain and its control system has favorable intelligence.Moreover,this software is easy to connect into LAN and Internet,which can implement remote monitor and maintenance.
