复杂环境下大规模基础开挖爆破的安全控制

摘    要:深圳某建筑基坑采用爆破法开挖,爆破方量约为5.5万m3,区域位于南山区科技园,周边环境十分复杂。通过设计合适的孔网参数、炸药单耗、装药结构、最大段药量和起爆网路,加强施工质量管理,并采用覆盖及隔离等多重防护措施,有效地控制了爆破飞石、空气冲击波和爆破振动等危害因素,确保了爆区附近人员、精密仪器、设备及建(构)筑物的安全,取得了良好的爆破效果。

Abstract:A foundation in Shenzhen needs to be excavated by blasting method,and where the rock volume is about 55 000 m3.The engineering lies in district with complex surroundings.By optimizing the drilling parameters,the unit explosive consumption,the changing structure,the maximum charge amount per delay and blasting network multiple protective measures.The blasting hazard factors such as the disperse distance of the flying rocks,shock wave and vibration speed were controlled effectively.The design and measures keep people and building safe,near the blasting area.
