摘    要:综述了国内外正在广泛研究的4种焊接方法:电阻焊植入焊,超声焊,感应焊和线性振动焊,介绍了这4种方法的基本原理,并分析了焊接过程中应注意的关键问题,对比了这些方法的优、缺点,并展望了当前的研究动向.

Abstract:Remarkable progresses have been continually reported on welding technology for advanced thermoplastic composites, which make it is close to practice that efficiently producing thermoplastic composite components. To trace these achievements, four kinds of welding methods: resistance welding, ultrasonic welding and linear vibration welding are reviewed in this article. Their basic joining principles are briefly introduced, and the key problems should be noticed in welding processes are analyzed, and their advantages and disadvantages are compared. At last the research directions are proposed.
