摘    要:为研究润滑条件对热轧高强钢板的组织和性能的影响机理,对热轧坯料分别进行了润滑和不润滑两种轧制,并对两种轧制条件下的钢板进行了显微组织观察及力学性能测试.结果表明:润滑条件对铁素体区热轧高强IF钢的屈服强度(σs)、抗拉强度(σb)、总延伸率(η)和n值影响不大,但对r值和Δr值有显著的影响.在未润滑条件下轧制的钢板的r...

Abstract:To figure out the influence mechanism of lubricant condition on microstructures and properties of warm rolled high strength IF steels and guide industrial production further,rollings with or without lubricants were performed,then microstructure observation and mechanical property test were carried out.The results show that:lubrication condition has little effect on yield strength(σ s),tensile strength(σ b),total elongation(η)and n value,but has prominent effect onΔr value and r value.Without lubrication,ferritic rolled steel sheet has lower r value(0.96)than that(1.27)of the steel rolled with good lubrication,and has higher |Δr|value(0.465)than that(0.075)of the steel rolled with good lubrication.Lubricant rolling is applicable to get good deep drawability.
