LY12铝合金焊件尺寸不稳定性研究

摘    要:采用光干涉试验的方法系统地研究了LY12铝合金焊接件在常温状态下的尺寸不稳定变形规律,并对产生这种规律的机理进行了分析,结果表明:LY12铝合金焊件在焊后时效过程中发生沿纵向伸长的不稳定变形,变形发生190h后试件尺寸趋于稳定;焊件发生尺寸不稳定变形的原因主要与不稳定微观组织的变化及焊接残余应力的松弛有关。

Abstract:Dimensional instablity of alumium alloy LY12 weldments was investigated by light interference under normal temperture, and the corresponding mechanism was analysed. It is shown that instable deformation in the form of longtudinal extension occured in the weld zone during postweld timing, and specimen dimension turned to be stable 190 hours after deformation occured. The reason of dimensional instablity of weldments is related to the change of instable microstructure and the relaxation of welding residual stresses.
