晶体管逆变空气等离子切割电源的研制

摘    要:本文研制了一种晶体管逆变空气等离子切割电源。为解决高压晶体管的安全工作问题,采取了各种有效的保护措施。最后获得了空载电压为210V,切割电流为7.5~30A 的恒流外特性,达到了设计要求。

Abstract:A transistor inverter power supply for air plasma arc cutting is developed In order to solve the problem of safe operation of the high-voltage transistors, a number of effective protection measures are taken.Finally,the independent- current characteristic curves with no-load voltage of 21or and cutting current of 7.5-30A are obtained,so the design requirement is fulfilled.
