镁合金微等离子体氧化膜的特性

摘    要:采用x射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等方法初步研究了镁合金微等离子体氧化膜的相组成及形貌特征。结果表明,该技术能在镁合金表面生长一层厚度大于100μm并与基体结合良好的氧化膜,提高了合金的耐蚀性。在NaAlO2溶液中对MB15镁合金微等离子体氧化时,氧化膜由MgO和MgAl2O4相组成。铝元素已扩散到膜内层,但膜表层存在铝元素富集区。

Abstract:The morphology and phase composition of coating formed by microplasma oxidation on magnesium alloy were studied by X-ray diffraction and Scanning Electron Microscope. The results show that microplasma oxidation technique can obtain ceramic coating on the surface of microplasma oxidation in NaAlO 2 electroly for MB15 magnesium alloy contains MgO and MgAl 2O 4 phases. The point and line scanning analysis of coating composition also shows that although aluminum element has diffused into internal layer of coating, there is a concentrated area of aluminum in external layer.
