钻井泵阀箱密封面CO2堆焊试验研究及应用

摘    要:介绍了用CO_2堆焊35CrMo钢钻井泵阀箱密封面磨损修复工作,通过试验表明,采用Φ1.2mm的H08Mn2Si焊丝,以短路过渡CO_2焊法施焊,可以获得致密、耐磨的堆焊金属层。该法已成功地用于生产,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:The paper introduces a method to repair the 35CrMo seal surface of valve box of drill pump by bead-on-plate CO, welding. The results show that it can get a high density and wear proof metal layer through using 1.2mm diameter wire H08Mn2Si and short-circuit metal transfer CO_2 welding. This method has been successfully applied in production and good economic profits have been attained.
