摘    要:通过改变模具结构设计 ,找到了花键轴开模冷挤压成形中局部镦粗问题的解决办法 ,并在光塑性实验的基础上 ,提出了该解决方法的理论分析模型及引导长度的计算方法 ,根据计算值选取实际工艺参数 ,取得满意结果 .

Abstract:The feasible method of solving the bulging problem which always appears in the open die cold extrusion for spline shaft is put forward as follows:to add a guiding length at the die entrance to limit expanding of the bulging.On the basis of photoplastic experiment results, theoretical analysis of and calculating method of the guiding length relevant to the solution is also submitted. The solution and calculating method are successfully applied to experiment and practical process of forming spline shaft of 125cc motocycle.
