摘    要:将非线性减振器的记忆恢复力用双折线模型来近似,在大变形前提下构造了其单值支的解析展开。由此把减振器试验建模中的非线性参数识别简化为对展开式系数及无记忆恢复力模型参数的线性估计,而物理参数可由此估计导出。沿此途径建立了两种参数识别方法,模拟实验及多种钢丝绳,钢丝网减振器的建模实验表明它们行之有效。

Abstract:The paper deals with the experimental modeling of nonlinear vibration isola-tors consisting of memory components such as stranded cables,steel-wire meshes,The restoring force of an isolator is firstly resolved into two parts; the memory-less part which depends only on a nonlinear function of the current state and thememory part which is described by a bilinear model.On the assumption that the isolator can stand large deformation,a kind of monotonic and analytic expansionfor the bilinear model is proposed.As a result,the original identification problemwhich is nonlinear to a physical parameter of isolator is simplified into linearestimation for the coefficients of the expansion,while the physical parametersof the isolator can be easily obtained from those coefficients.By means of theexpansions,two kinds of parametric identification procedures are presented andrelevant softwares are developed.Computer simulation and experimental modelingof some commercial vibration isolators show that the new approach gains advan-tages over the current methods in effectiveness and applicability.
