| Abstract: | A parallel free interface modal synthesis algorithm,combined with the charaters of parallel computer and the technique of free interface modal synthesis,for time history analysis of complex structures is presented and evaluated.It does not need to get whole eigenvalues and eigenvectors,and can decrease the scale of substructural model.The time history analysis of each substructures can be made directly by using connected conditions between substructures.Numerical examples showed that the algorithm had good accuracy and high efficiency. |
