摘    要:首先分析气动主-被动一体化隔振器采用负载加速度、位移、气腔压力反馈和基座加速度前馈时的隔振性能。分析表明负载加速度反馈能增大系统阻尼比.衰减谐振峰;负载绝对位移反馈能降低系统低频传递率,相对位移反馈对系统特性没有改进;系统中没有机械弹簧时.气腔压力反馈的作用与加速度反馈类似,有机械弹簧时,压力反馈不会有明显效果;在负载加速度反馈的基础上引入基座加速度前馈能进一步改进隔振性能。然后应用负载加速度反馈和基座加速度前馈对隔振器进行了主动隔振实验,实验结果与分析结果相符。也将自适应滤波算法应用于隔振器的主动控制,取得了更好的振动抑制效果。

Abstract:Control strategies of pneumatic integrated active and passive vibration isolator are studied. Analyses show that feedback control of the payload acceleration increases the damping ratio of the system and attenuates the resonance. Feedback control of absolute payload displacement degrades the low-frequency transmissibility, while relative displacement feedback has no influence on the performance. Pressure feedback control has similar effect with feedback control of the payload acceleration for the system without mechanical spring. The performance of the isolator can be further improved by using feedforward control of the base acceleration together with feedback control of the payload acceleration. And this has been verified by the experiments. Adaptive filter algorithm is also implemented for active control of the isolator, and better vibration attenuation effect is achieved.
